Accommodation cancellations received between Septembre 8th & Novembre 8th, 2010: full refund less 1 night deposit.

No refund will be given for accommodation cancellations received from November 8th, 2010.

No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09.00 AM on the following day, and the full payment will not be refundable.

- You will not have to pay any compensation if the cancellation is received 21 days prior to arrival.
- Any cancellation received between 20 days and 3 days before date of arrival, compensation will equal to 1 night stay including, where appropriate, any taxes and / or expenses have been accruing, and shall be credited as an opportunity cost.
- Any cancellation received between 2 days and the date of arrival (and no-shows or unexpected departures), compensation will equal to the entire stay, including, where appropriate, any taxes and / or expenses have been accruing, and shall be credited as opportunity cost.
